The CEO and co-founder of Dia&Co, Nadia Boujarwah, is known in part for her impeccable fashion sense. So, when we decided to launch a new series showcasing the style of our team members, she was the obvious choice to kick things off. We asked her to share her picks<\/a> from our latest arrivals and show us how she likes to wear them. I styled this with a nude heel to elongate my legs and a denim jacket to make the look a bit more casual.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

My personal style doesn\u2019t really fall into one category. I believe style is much more than the clothes we wear\u2014style is self-expression. So any clothing that allows me to do that to the fullest extent is what I gravitate toward. I love classic silhouettes with a feminine touch. I never shy away from color or unique details, particularly when I wear dresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. The Ithaca Dress<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I love a true wrap dress like this one<\/a> because I can tie it to fit exactly how I want it to. The high-low silhouette also creates a bit more texture and the flowy skirt makes it ultra flirty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I styled this skirt with neutral pieces to let the print shine\u2014flats, the chambray blouse tied up rather than tucked in, and my crossbody wicker bag.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

2. The Felicity Chambray Shirt<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A chambray blouse has always been a staple of my closet\u2014it\u2019s essentially seasonless and goes with just about everything. Since this piece<\/a> can be worn with nearly every outfit, I like to use it as the cherry on top of a more casual look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. The Peony Maxi Skirt<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A maxi skirt is always one of my go-to summer pieces\u2014they\u2019re versatile, breezy, and instantly level up anything they\u2019re paired with. This one<\/a>, in particular, has a slit in the front that creates a little extra movement and adds a bit of character to the silhouette that I love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. The Charlotte Rattan Handbag<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I love this bag<\/a> because of its texture\u2014it\u2019s a mostly wicker bag, giving it a beachy feel while still being structured, which is perfect when you\u2019re on the go. It\u2019s an effortless look that still functions well. I would add a pop of color to the bag by tying a statement scarf around its strap to give the piece a semi-dramatic flair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
