What do you do at Dia&Co?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m a Social Media Lead! That means I make sure our Social Media Associates have everything they need to answer the questions coming in on our community and social media platforms. What\u2019s your favorite part about your job?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To put it simply, Dia&Co inspires me! Providing the best possible experience for our customers and my team brings me so much joy. We are serving a community that I am a part of\u2014one that\u2019s been underserved for so long. I love being able to constantly think of new ways to make all of our Dia ladies happy! Also, Dia&Co has pushed me in ways I didn\u2019t even think were possible. This job has played a huge part in giving me the confidence to be the best boss-babe version of myself.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who\u2019s your style icon?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I feel like <\/span>Vanessa Hudgens<\/span><\/a> doesn\u2019t get enough credit for her super cute, boho-chic style! I also follow A LOT of amazing fashion bloggers on Instagram for inspiration. <\/span>Tezza<\/a>, Sarah Tripp<\/a>, and Helen Anderz<\/a> are three of my faves! <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 <\/b>How would you define your style?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019d say millennial-mom vibes with a \u201970s, rock-and-roll twist. I\u2019m an old soul who isn\u2019t afraid to throw in some sass. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s say you have something really important planned. What do you wear?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It really depends! If I\u2019m about to pitch a big new project idea, I\u2019d wear my go-to striped jumpsuit. Maybe it\u2019s date night\u2014I\u2019d wear my favorite red dress with a sweetheart neckline. If it\u2019s our yearly holiday party, then I\u2019d go for one of my velvet dresses, paired with a leather jacket and sparkly shoes. For a high school reunion (my 10-year\u2019s coming up soon \ud83d\ude2c), I\u2019d wear my little black skater dress. No matter what the occasion, you will most likely see me in block heels and statement earrings.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have an amazing one-year-old daughter. How has being a mom changed your relationship to style?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I used to get really cool art painted on my nails every three weeks, wake up early to do my hair and makeup, and never repeat an outfit. I would get really bent out of shape if I wasn\u2019t completely put together. But as I reflect now, being comfortable and taking care of my body, mind, and spirit is so much more important to me. My \u201cmom uniform\u201d saves me time, which is so valuable these days. My appearance has become much less of a priority now that I\u2019m a mom. It isn\u2019t that I don\u2019t care about how I look anymore\u2014I still do. It\u2019s just much easier to have a go-to look to fall back on in the morning. I\u2019ve really started to embrace athleisure. I love sweats with a block heel or cotton dresses with sneakers. Lucky for me, those looks are both very trendy now!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s your final touch before you walk out the door?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I usually do one last hair flip and spray on some perfume or body mist. Currently, I\u2019m loving the <\/span>Love Beauty and Planet coconut body mist.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When do you feel the most confident?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the outfit I planned in my head looks just as good as I imagined on my body. I also love when I can take the time to pamper myself. I feel unstoppable after a one-hour shower, eyebrow wax, hair blowout, and a full makeup look. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the words you live by?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIf you are not willing to risk the usual, you will have to settle for the ordinary.\u201d With so many people in the world willing to be \u201cnormal\u201d or \u201csettle,\u201d it leaves that much more room for me to be extraordinary\u2014and to inspire other people, too. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s your idea of the perfect Sunday afternoon?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Picture this: Driving to the beach with my family, the windows are all down and we\u2019re singing along to the Beatles\u2019 greatest hits. Then, swimming in the ocean and taking pictures of my daughter playing in the sand. During lunchtime, we take a break from soaking up the sun to go eat boardwalk cheesesteaks (seriously, THE best), then end the day watching fireworks and drinking rum buckets. Making memories, dancing, laughing until our bellies hurt, and living our best lives.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where\u2019s your happy place this season?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sleepy Hollow, NY. Halloween is my favorite holiday and this town is so marvelously spooktacular. They have haunted hayrides, Gothic mansions, blazing pumpkins, farmers\u2019 markets, live music, street fairs, parades, and, of course, the Headless Horseman. I love it! <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of our office\u2019s most popular snacks is cereal. What\u2019s your favorite kind?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The magically delicious choice: Lucky Charms!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
